Josh Sostek

Founder & CEO · Software Architect · Systems Engineer · Entrepreneur

Josh Sostek brings decades of experience designing, building, and operating complex digital and physical systems.

His background combines hands-on software engineering, technical architecture, executive leadership, and business strategy, including leadership and engineering responsibilities in regulated medical and scientific environments where precision, reliability, and accountability are essential.

Throughout his career, Josh has approached technology from both sides of the equation: as the engineer responsible for making systems work and as the executive responsible for making them successful.

His experience spans custom software development, infrastructure, digital business operations, systems integration, organizational leadership, and the creation of new technology-driven business opportunities.

A licensed high-power rocketry practitioner, Josh also applies practical systems engineering, risk assessment, regulatory discipline, and methodical testing to technically demanding projects. The same principles that govern complex physical systems inform his approach to building dependable software.

But engineering discipline is only part of the story. Josh is particularly interested in ideas that challenge conventional thinking—finding unexpected solutions, recognizing overlooked opportunities, and turning ambitious concepts into functional, scalable businesses.

He believes that exceptional technology should be thoughtfully engineered, commercially practical, and limited only by the imagination and determination of the people creating it.
